RCCL have been engaged by a leading Industrial Flooring contractor to provide Commercial Management Advice and Support for the business and to provide specific project QS support.

Duties:

• Review of proposed conditions of contract, preparation of risk analysis, negotiation of agreed contract terms.
• Preparation, agreement and ongoing management of project programme documentation.
• General contract commercial administration, including financial and contractual correspondence, issuing of delay notices and internal reporting
