RCCL was established in 2002 by Andrew Redfern with the objective of providing Specialist Contractors with professional, personal and cost effective commercial support. The success of the company has resulted in the development and expansion of its client base from Specialist Contractors to End Users, Contractors, Sub Contractors and Suppliers across several industry Sectors.
